Instructions on how to Complete your
Shop Registration:

Fill out *all* of the information below.

Pay the required $50 entry fee.

Submit a prize of FOUR (4) coordinating
fat quarters, worth at least $5 (you'll
see the space provided for such in your
Quilt Block Dash account).

You'll receive an email, giving you a
link to go to, to get the codes for the
creative images for your site.

Once Quilt Block Dash receives both the
payment and the prize information, we
will log in and approve your
participation.
All Quilt Patterns delivered to our Quilt
Block Members who complete the Quilt Block
Dash are the responsibility of Quilt Block
Dash. You don't have to do a thing
to participate, except pay the fee and
add the images to your shop website!

A Note for
Shops -- if you do not want to
participate in the current Quilt Block Dash,
that's perfectly ok. But, if you want
to be notified of future Dashes, then
please register (there is no charge to
register) so that you will automatically be
notified via email when we declare a new
Quilt Block Dash.
All Quilt Block Dash participation is on a
first-come, first-paid basis. |
